Available for hire
Web and content designer based in Kent

Some people hire me to make things look good, which is sensible, because first impressions are good for business. But what I’m most proud of is absorbing as much as I can about each client's world and working closely with them to facilitate major transitions.
My bread and butter are UX, copy, brand messaging, and marketing operations. In other words, I'm the person to call when it's time to turn chaos back into harmony—as cliche as that sounds.
I'm open to white-label or overflow briefs from agencies, and I'll consider an in-house role if the fit is right.

What I do
-
Website design & development
→ I make building great sites from messy briefs look easy. Bilingual in Figma, Webflow, Framer, HTML and CSS. -
Copywriting & content research
→ As long as you're willing for me to taint your name with odd lexicon and inaccurate sentence structure, I'm in. -
Email marketing
→ Big big fan of welcome emails, automations, and hyper-personalised campaigns. Quality over quantity. -
Graphic design
→ Top of the range rectangles and circles, sure, but really be prepared to have long chats about the meaning of life.

Can we rely on him?
As long as I'm working with people who care deeply about what they do as much as they care about each other, I WILL stick around no matter how messy things get.
Found yourself in uncharted waters? We'll cross them together. Are your design and marketing teams struggling to agree on what needs doing? I may not have all the answers, but I'll support them as they search for them.
I have never worked with someone so deeply reliable, who has gone above and beyond my expectations. The sheer detail, diligence and attention Fran has to his work is worth its weight in gold, tenfold! [...] He's turned the weight on my shoulders into air.

What does he have that others don't?
Many of the talented people you could hire will be able to come up with spectacular visual concepts. But will they strike dumb when asked to reveal their thought process, or explain how they intend to guide a user from point A to point B?
If all you need is pretty graphics, I'm afraid you have to look elsewhere. By contrast, if you're looking for a partner in crime who can guide you, help you make important decisions, write your content AND give you thoughtful results on the visual front, then I'm your guy.
Drawing on my skills in graphic design, UX, UI and content writing, as well as 8 years of experience in inbound marketing, I take an annoyingly thorough approach to my work, I'm not scared of revisions, and I bend over backwards (for which we have to thank my yoga teacher!) to deliver meaningful results to the highest standard, 99% of the time.
I don't bite
Say hello. Let's chat about what you need and maybe we'll grab a coffee if you're nearby.
